Storm: Pull-ups on the minute:
1st minute: 1 Pull-up
2nd minute: 2 Pull-ups
3rd minute: 3 Pull-ups
4th minute: 4 Pull-ups
5th minute: 5 Pull-ups
6th minute: 6 Pull-ups
7th minute: 7 Pull-ups...and so on
You have one minute to complete the required reps

The Storm WOD is deceptive today. But, it works toward getting everyone capable of doing pull-ups. Here's a challenge: by December 31 be able to do 5 consecutive pull-ups. You will find that many of the workouts for the remainder of December will be encouraging your pull-up development.
ReplyDeleteYour right Randy, today's workout was deceptive. by the 10th minute, I was feeling it. got to 15 though. Personal record today, highest box jump so far. Can't wait until I am back in the workouts full steam again.
ReplyDeleteNice work on the box jump Bettina! I always forget how difficult this workout is. I got through round 12 and 6 pull-ups in round 13. 97 pull-ups. Deadlift 305#.
