15: Push-ups
5: Dips
25: Sit-ups
10: Overhead Squats (use barbell)
Focus: 1x20 Front Squat
Storm: As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 minutes of:
30: Box Jumps
20: 115# Push Press (Scale Weight As Needed)
30: Pull-ups
Practice: Forward Roll, Backward Roll
1x20@ 135# stuck at 12, finished last 8 unbroken. Storm: changed order push press, pullup, box jump: two full rounds + 20 push press and 27 pullups. Push press @ 115#
ReplyDelete1x20 front squat at 65 pounds. Really started feeling it in my wrists after about 10, but got through all 20. Two rounds of storm plus 10 pull ups completed. Push press weight was 45 pounds. Practiced hand stand progression, getting much better. I can almost get into a hand stand on the first try. I will soon be able to do it with out a spotter. Looking forward to tomorrow's workout! B
