ReplyDeleteThank you for the post Randy!
ReplyDeleteI'll be with you all in spirit -- joining you in the workout from my office gym. Have a great weekend.
Modified the pull, push, squat WOD, by adding 20 box jumps from seated position on bench every round: 7 full rounds. This was another good week. LOTS of squats. I saw improvement in form and in weight lifted by everyone. Several personal records this week! Nice work. Missed you today Jana!
ReplyDeleteWOW today's workout was harder then it looked. I guess Randy was right, I shouldn't do two workouts in one day, and then try and do another one the very next day. This weeks focus was squats, and I did a total of 75 squats with weights during the strength portion of our workout. Great job guys
