Preparation: 3 rounds of:
15: Pull-ups
10: Push-ups
5: Dips
25: Sit-ups
2: Samson Stretch

Focus: 1x50 Deadlift

Storm: For time:
30: 135# Clean and Jerks (Scale weight as needed)

Practice: Handstand Pushup Progressions

  1. First time I've paired this Focus and Storm together: interesting results. 50 Deadlifts at 140#-set broken at 35 then 47:(took about 2:30 to complete. 11 minutes flat on the 30 clean and jerks at 135#. Set broken at 10, then 15,20,26,30.
