Preparation: 3 rounds of:
10: Pull-ups
10: Push-ups
25: Sit-ups
5: Dips
2: Samson Stretch

Focus: 5x5 Deadlift

Storm: For time, 4 rounds of:
25: Knees to Elbows
25: Dumbbell Power Cleans
25: Box Jump

Practice: Handstand Pushup Progressions

  1. Today's Storm: 21:32. For Deadlifts, I lifted 245 lbs five times - a personal best.

  3. Very challenging workout. Was required to push past what I thought was my max. I am feeling really good right now for accomplishing the test :)
