A Personal Best for me on Power clean today - 155lbs (3 times, 5th round). 21 minutes for Storm (but only 4 rounds not 5 - misread), the push press at 85lbs kicked my butt... Great workout!
ReplyDelete170#x3 power cleans. Failed at 185#. Storm: Got through two full rounds and everything but push press in third round before having to leave for a meeting. I'll finish the workout tonight... Lots of progress on the power cleans by everyone!! Keep setting those new PRs Tim!
