2: Samson Stretch

Focus: 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1: Squat

Storm: For time 3 rounds of:
25: Knees to Elbows
25: Dumbbell Push Press
25: Sit to Box Jump

Practice: Pistol Progressions
