10: 155# Power Clean (Scale weight)
1000 Meter: Run, Row, Bike, Elliptical (Choose One)
Practice: Forward Roll, Backward Roll
Best front squat yet, by the sixth round I squatted 100 pounds. Completed storm in around 15 minutes. Great job everyone!!
