Thursday WOD

Preparation: 3 rounds of:
15: Pull-ups
10: Push-ups
5: Dips
25: Sit-ups
10: Overhead Squats (use barbell)

Focus: 1,1,1,1,1,1: Front Squat

Storm: For Time:
100: Push-ups
10: 155# Power Clean (Scale weight)
1000 Meter: Run, Row, Bike, Elliptical (Choose One)

Practice: Forward Roll, Backward Roll

  1. Best front squat yet, by the sixth round I squatted 100 pounds. Completed storm in around 15 minutes. Great job everyone!!
