  1. As usual, I am looking at this thinking, "this doesn't look too bad", but I am sure once we get into it I will be thinking otherwise. In any regard, I am looking forward to the challenge.

  2. An experiment: for the rest of the week do the last round of the warm-up at the same pace as the Storm part of the daily workout. Thanks!

  3. Storm: Harder than it looks! Either 28 or 27 full rounds and 3/4 thru one or the other. Used 75# dumbbell. Had to resort to jumping pull-ups near round 21. Push-up sets broke about the same time. Deadlift 1x20 @ 225 pounds unbroken set.

  5. Oh my, Oh my, that was much harder than I thought it would be. Due to my sore back, I did only 7 rounds. I then rowed for 2000 meeters. It was very hard for me to watch you guys do the strength portion of the workout and not be able to participate. I am hoping tomorrow I will be right back there with you. Great job everyone!

  6. You are right on about "working through it," Jana. There's nothing like having other people around you throwing everything they've got into the workouts to keep you going. Great fun :) Really impressive work everyone. Thanks!
