ReplyDeleteFor storm, I thought I would do better for max rep push-ups (39), pull-ups for me at 10 not bad... Long jump a personal best at 7' 3" and max height box jump I'm guessing at about 39 or 40 inches.
175# Power clean-inching back toward 185 PR. A little over 8' for long jump and I think 50" on Box Jump. Both personal bests. A lot of records were set this week again. Good work by everyone!
ReplyDeletePersonal best on the Power Clean 105 pounds. 20 max push-ups, 6 push-ups, with only touching my toes to the matt, and not using it as a launching pad, 6 feet 3 inches for long jump. Box jump I think 30 inches, need to work on that.
