Thursday WOD

 Preparation: 3 rounds of:
10: Pull-ups
10: Push-ups
5: Dips
25: Sit-ups
10: Overhead Squats (use barbell)

Focus: 1,1,1,1,1,1,1: Rack Press

Storm: As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 Minutes Of :
5: Lateral Box Jumps
10: Pull-ups
15: Push-ups
20: Squats

Skill: Handstand push-up progressions

  1. Although I failed twice at 165 (focus) I still got 160# over my head (I'm happy with that for today!) - my goal is to be able to get 185 - I am getting closer! Storm: completed 10 rounds in 20 minutes. I am anxious for softball!

  2. Rac Press started with 65 pounds. On my 5th round I failed trying 105 pounds. On the 7th round, I almost got 100 pounds up. My goal is to get 105 next time we work on this focus. Storm I think I did about 8 or 9 rounds in 20 minutes. Great workout today. Had fun!

  3. Focus:135,145,155,160,185,190(fail),190(fail)
    Storm: 10 rounds plus 10 pull-ups; 15 push-ups. Started with pull-ups instead of box jumps so stats are:110 pull-ups; 165 push-ups; 50 box jumps; 200 squats. Fun workout.
