Tuesday WOD

 Preparation: 3 rounds of:
10: Pull-ups
10: Push-ups
5: Dips
25: Sit-ups
10: Overhead Squats (use barbell)

Focus: 5x3: Push Press

Storm: Four Rounds For Time For Bettina's Birthday Workout of the Day :
400 Meters: Run, Row, Bike, Elliptical (Rotate choice each round)
10: Push-ups
15: Dumbbell Swings
20: Steps Walking Lunge With Dumbbells

Skill: Handstand push-up progressions

  1. Focus: 135,140,145,150,155. Storm: 50# Dumbbell swings, 50# dumbbells for walking lunge (one round used 20# dumbbells)

  2. Forgot to post time for Storm: 21:30.

  3. 3x5 push press most weight 90 pounds. Storm, 35 pounds for dumb bell swing, and 15 pounds in each hand for walking lunges. Time was around 21.45. Great workout!
