Skill: Handstand push-up progressions
Focus: 135,140,145,150,155. Storm: 50# Dumbbell swings, 50# dumbbells for walking lunge (one round used 20# dumbbells)

ReplyDelete3x5 push press most weight 90 pounds. Storm, 35 pounds for dumb bell swing, and 15 pounds in each hand for walking lunges. Time was around 21.45. Great workout!
